By Roxanne Beaubien, CelebrationDirector

IABC Londoncelebrated 40 years in style at the Ruby Jubilee! And what a night it was!

More than 150people gathered at Brookside Banquet Centre on June 6, 2019, to mark fourdecades of impact and to celebrate four of inspiring London’s community communicators.

Joined by founding president Diny Dalby and 15 other past presidents, the evening highlights included the naming of Dr. Christopher Mackie, Chief Medical Officers and CEO of the Middlesex-London Health Unit as recipient of the 2019 Outstanding Communicator Award. A look back with a video was also showcased featuring interviews with several past presidents, and comedian Susan Stewart’s performance filled the room with laughter.

This could not have been accomplished without the incredible support of our partners. Thank you again to our Silver sponsors TMD and Fanshawe College; Bronze sponsors Freeman Audio Visual and the Corporate Imaging Centre; and so many others who came together to create wonderful evening that will be remembered for years to come. Be sure to check out the wonderful photos from the evening!
