Jess is an award-winning communications and public relations professional with over eight years of experience in both private and public organizations. Her career journey has been marked by a passion for storytelling, building positive relationships with stakeholders, and effectively managing communication strategies. 

Throughout her career, she has demonstrated an ability to navigate diverse industries, including technology, health care, and government sectors. In Jess’ roles, she has led numerous successful PR campaigns, leveraging expertise in media relations, content development, and crisis communication. She possesses a strong understanding of digital platforms and utilizes them to amplify brand messaging and engage with target audiences effectively.

Jess holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University and a postgraduate certificate in public relations from Humber College.

She is also a fitness instructor and a certified yoga teacher.
