Andrew Kaszowski, CMP
Andrew’s passion is elevating others’ leadership potential, and raising the collective function of the IABC London board of directors and volunteers to support the chapter’s 2018-2019 vision of helping professional communicators to “Learn. Connect. Celebrate.”
He is a communication and engagement specialist who is driven to make a difference where it matters. His work has been recognized by IABC and the Health Care Public Relations Association, including a “Best of the Best” award. He is a certified Communication Management Professional with designation from the Global Communication Certification Council.
His communication and marketing work has included roles with the South West Community Care Access Centre, Western University, St. Joseph’s Health Care London, United Way of London & Middlesex, Lawson Health Research Institute and Mount Sinai Hospital. He is currently Communication Consultant for Connecting South West Ontario through London Health Sciences Centre. He also does consulting in communication, branding, design and online engagement.
In 2008, Andrew lived out his dream of traveling the world: he took his writing and design experience to sea, setting sail as Publications Editor aboard Crystal Cruises’ four-month World Cruise – he has been to 38 countries.
Andrew earned an Honours Bachelor of Applied Arts in Media Studies and a Diploma in Public Relations as part of the inaugural class of the University of Guelph-Humber in Toronto.

The President of IABC London serves as the chapter’s chief executive officer and primary spokesperson. The President presides over all board meetings; proposes policies and practices for the chapter; monitors the performance of Directors and Liaisons; appoints members to committees as required; and performs other duties as need arises and/or as defined in the bylaws.
The President shall also serve as a chapter delegate to IABC International and to the board of the IABC Canada East Region, attending Canada East Region quarterly meetings (in-person or via teleconference).
