Downtime EXTENDED for IABC’s membership platform

On April 9, IABC’s headquarters began an update of the digital platform for membership, the system used to join or renew. A major part of this update was a data migration of thousands of IABC records from the old system, scheduled to be completed by April 14.

Unfortunately, some unforeseen challenges with the data migration have occurred requiring an extension to the migration and testing phase. The work will be extended by a few days; however, a solid go-live date is not available at this time.

Updates are being provided on the website and social media. A call-back service is available for anyone who wishes to join or renew during this time. The international Member Relations team can be reached at 1-800-776-4222 or .
