IABC London is seeking a volunteer Director, Finance to join the chapter’s board of directors.

The Director, Finance is responsible for ensuring that IABC London operates in a fiscally responsible manner. Duties include:

• Developing the chapter’s annual budget and presenting to the board for approval
• Tracking revenue and expenses, and submitting payment to vendors
• Monitoring the financial standing of the chapter and providing regular updates to the board of directors
• Collaborating with other portfolio directors to ensure ongoing management of portfolio budgets
• Presenting annual finance report for approval by the membership at the Annual General Meeting
• Attending monthly board meetings and sitting as a member of the chapter’s Executive Committee

Qualifications:

• Experience in budgeting and financial management
• Knowledge of accounting best practices or a willingness to learn
• Member of IABC
