  • Enhance your leadership skills
  • Gain new perspectives and fresh ideas
  • Help shape the leaders of tomorrow
  • Gain a deeper understanding of your practice area and organization

PROGRAM EXPECTATIONS

IABC London is asking you to commit to two-three hours per month for four months, from mid-January 2020 until June 2020. The expectation is that mentors and mentees develop an engaging, reciprocal relationship.

Mentors and mentees develop a set of goals and a path/plan to focus and maximize time spent together over the four months of the program.

We ask that all participants be available to attend the Mentorship Kick-off Event in mid-January so that mentors and mentees can meet and set goals.
