London Press Club offers membership discount to IABCers

At a meeting of the Board of Directors of the London City Press Club on November 17th the following motion was made and passed.
1. For the 2007 membership year only, accredited members of IABC would be offered membership in the LCPC for 50% of the regular price ( $ 50 + GST ). The situation will be reviewed at the end of the year.
2. All regular membership benefits, such as approved credit and reduced club rental, would apply subject to the Constitution and bylaws of the Club.
3. New membership applications received and approved by Jan 27th 2007 would be eligible to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting of the Press Club on that date.
4. This arrangement would be subject to the approval of the Board of Directors of IABC who would make the offer to their members on their website. Members of IABC may apply to the Press Club individually or in groups.
