Creative Business Consortium: "The Establishment" seeks tenants for downtown London

The Establishment: London Creative Business Consortium will be a self-sustaining vibrant 3rd floor venue at 242 Dundas St (between Wellington and Clarence on the north side) in the Core of London, Ontario. The initiative, led by local entrepreneur Michael Mullan, is aiming for a August 1st, 2007 occupancy. During April and May, the floor plan will be finalized and all city approvals will be completed. June and July will be the build out, which will allow for August 1, 2007 tenancy.
Mullan describes the venue is a cross between an incubator for creative businesses (individual secure offices with shared access to a board room, kitchenette and common reception area) and a centre for the creative community – transient space for seminars, presentation and happenings.
"The Establishment as a quality professional space where the creative business-minded community can develop an economic process they can prosper from," adds Mullan. "It will allow a positive synergy amongst the individual tenants further developing the creative community in downtown London."
